Digital products — terms
These terms apply to the digital planner and the custom edition.
What you buy
A digital product. Nothing is sent by post. The link arrives by email after payment; the custom edition is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your logo and colour.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download or use has started, in line with the Belgian Code of Economic Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By confirming your order, you agree to immediate supply and waive this right. That is exactly why a full, free demo is available to you before you buy.
A problem?
If the product won't open or doesn't work as described, write to us: we'll help you, replace the file, and if nothing works, refund you. You shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work.
Permitted use
Your planner is for personal use. You can install it on all your devices. Reselling, sharing publicly, uploading or redistributing it, free or paid, is not allowed. The custom edition may be given to your clients under your brand, but not resold as a file.
Your data
Everything you write in the planner — tasks, notes, budget, photos — stays stored on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is collected, no account is needed. We have access to nothing. Export a backup from time to time: it's your only copy.
On first use, automatic photo reading downloads a recognition dictionary from a public open-source software service. The image itself never leaves your device.
Updates
Improvements to the 2026–2027 planner are free for you. Write to us to get the latest version.
